HD Beach Style (btw… the “HD” is not only for High Definition but actually my initials, Heather Dawn) is a culmination of two loves of my life… Staying Active and Fit and thoroughly enjoying the Beach Lifestyle… of course, right behind my children and my Brown dog! I am so proud to call the Emerald Coast my home. I’ve lived in both central and southern Florida, but it wasn’t until I moved to the Panhandle ten years ago that I truly found my paradise!

I start most of my mornings by catching an amazing sunrise and end a majority of my evenings with catching a breathtaking sunset. Don’t ask me to choose which one I prefer, that just wouldn’t be fair! Setting intentions first thing in the morning, with the backdrop of a rising sun, glistening emerald waters, and sugar white sands underfoot, assures that each day is fresh and new. Living in a space of gratitude opens up a clear outlook for my day. Being thankful for my health, my children’s health, and the love and laughter of my family and friends gives me the perspective that each day can’t get much better than it is right at this very moment.
